1. What are your hours of operation?
CBH office hours are 8:00am-4:30, Monday through Friday. After hours Emergency phone # is 800-723-3248.
2. Do I need a referral from my doctor?
In most cases, No.
3. How do I know if you accept my insurance?
CBH accepts most third party commercial insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare However, when you call to schedule an appointment just give the person on the phone the information about your insurance and you will be told if we accept your insurance.
4. What if I don’t have any money to pay for services?
For people without a third party payer who cannot afford the full fee for services, if proof of income is provided you may be able to quality for a fee reduction. CBH will work out a payment plan for you also.
5. How often will I be seen?
The frequency of sessions will be determined by the treatment plan that you and your counselor develop to guide your care.
6. Can I get my medication at Center for Behavioral Health? >
CBH has an onsite pharmacy service through Genoa Healthcare that can fill any prescription that you may have from any doctor. This is available on site Monday-Friday at the Winter Haven location. An off-site service at the Sebring location is also available.
7. How is my information kept confidential?
CBH cannot release any information about you to anyone without your permission, except under a court order. It is helpful to your treatment if you will allow us to speak to your family members and other treatment providers like your primary care physician.
